End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: April 21, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of this mobile application.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

  1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

  1. Scope of License

This license does not allow you to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments

The app may offer optional subscription plans (monthly or yearly) that unlock premium features.

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings

We do not collect or store payment information.

  1. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements for free users.

  • Ads are provided by third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob)

  • Ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on user consent

  • Subscribed users may receive an ad-free experience

  1. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The app may use third-party services such as:

  • Firebase (analytics and remote configuration)

  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

These services may collect limited, non-personal data.

  1. Content Access

The app may allow access to third-party web content.

We are not responsible for:

  • Content accessed through the app

  • Accuracy, legality, or availability of external websites

  1. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the app will be error-free

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

  • Issues arising from third-party services

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

  1. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
